Ética

The commitment in which we set out the Code of Ethics, guides us in the development of differential values on which to base sustainable business success, maintain the best people, create value for our customers and for the company, and respect the individual and the community.

It establishes the ethical principles and behavioral guidelines that must govern the actions and decisions made in and for the Group, in order to ensure that they are carried out in an ethical manner and in strict compliance with applicable legislation.

This Code also includes Rover Group's commitments in matters related to ethics and professional integrity, its values being based on respect for honesty, concern for the environment, innovation, and respect for human and labor rights in the various places where it operates.

Likewise, this Code is addressed to all employees and managers of Rover Group companies regardless of their position, and can be applied in any geopolitical environment, always respecting the law and the cultural, linguistic, social and economic differences of the various countries in which we operate.
