Project Scope:
The works includes facilities such as workshops, car parking and boat parking slots. Its purpose is to provide a dry berth and maintenance facility to the boat users. It aims to facilitate the nearby Mirfa Port by providing maintenance and parking services to the boats.

• 4 nos. 200 sqm Workshop for Tenants including service areas with prayer room, toilet
