ROVER GRUPO EMPRESARIAL, S.L. (hereinafter, ROVER GRUPO), with Tax ID No. B97405955, is a business group with its registered office at C/ Ochandiano, 18, 28023, Spain. This LEGAL NOTICE aims to regulate access to and use of, and in general the relationship between, this Portal (hereinafter, the WEBSITE) accessible at the Internet address www.roveralcisa.com and users of the WEBSITE (hereinafter, the users).

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In order to facilitate a fast and effective relationship between ROVER GRUPO and users, ROVER GRUPO guarantees, through this notice, the privacy of online services in accordance with legal requirements and informs users of its personal data protection policy so that they may freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide ROVER GRUPO with their personal data through the electronic form for subscribing to the services offered by ROVER GRUPO on its WEBSITE.

Users consent to the processing of such personal data by ROVER GRUPO under the terms of this Personal Data Protection Policy.

Confidentiality in the automated processing of users’ personal data

ROVER GRUPO guarantees the confidentiality of users’ personal data and its automated processing in accordance with current legislation on data protection (Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 11 approving the Regulation on security measures for automated files containing personal data, as well as all applicable regulations).

ROVER GRUPO has adopted the legally required security levels for personal data protection and has implemented all technical means and measures available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of personal data provided. However, users should be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing. ROVER GRUPO will provide users with the appropriate technical means so that, prior to providing personal data, they can access this notice regarding the Personal Data Protection Policy or any other relevant information and give their consent for Rover Alcisa to proceed with the automated processing of users’ personal data.

ROVER GRUPO reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or case law developments, as well as to industry practices, always taking into account the legitimate interests of consumers or users. Certain services provided on the WEBSITE may contain specific conditions with particular provisions regarding personal data protection.

Purpose of collecting and processing personal data

The collection and automated processing of personal data, as a result of browsing the WEBSITE, consultations, requests, or subscriptions to any services offered by ROVER GRUPO, aim to provide users with a personalized experience, maintain the contractual relationship, and manage, administer, deliver, expand, and improve services, tailoring them to users’ preferences.

Additionally, it aims to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of visits and service usage, design new services, update existing ones, and send technical, operational, commercial, or advertising information, both by traditional and electronic means, related to ROVER GRUPO or third-party collaborators.

Users are not obliged to receive advertising or surveys and may indicate this via the subscription form or by contacting info@rovergrupo.com or by post at the company’s address.

ROVER GRUPO acts solely as a disseminator regarding banners or other advertisements appearing on the WEBSITE that are unrelated to its own services.

Users’ rights regarding their personal data

Transfer of Users’ Personal Data to Third Parties

ROVER GRUPO will not transfer users’ personal data collected through the WEBSITE to third parties without the user’s express consent. To this end, ROVER GRUPO will first offer the user the option to accept or decline such transfer.

Intellectual Property Rights of the Website Content

The texts (information, concepts, opinions, and similar materials) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code, and similar materials) that make up the WEBSITE and are distributed through it, as well as their presentation and layout, are the exclusive property of ROVER GRUPO or are subject to its rights of use through agreements with third parties.

In this regard, they are considered works protected under Spanish and EU regulations on intellectual property, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 5/1998 of March 6, incorporating into Spanish law Directive 96/9/EC on the legal protection of databases. International treaties signed in this field are also applicable.

ROVER GRUPO does not grant any license or authorization for the use of its intellectual or industrial property rights or any other property or rights related to its WEBSITE, except with the express agreement of third parties.

Users may reproduce the content of the WEBSITE solely for the purpose of storage, backup copies, or printing on paper for private use.

Notwithstanding the above, any reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public display, in whole or in part, of the content of the WEBSITE or any of its elements—whether directly or indirectly via telecommunications networks or similar means—for commercial purposes or for uses beyond those mentioned above, even if the source is cited, is prohibited unless prior express written authorization has been obtained from ROVER GRUPO and, where applicable, from its collaborating third parties. Non-compliance with the foregoing entitles ROVER GRUPO to take appropriate legal action.

The Following Are Strictly Prohibited:

• The display of any page from the WEBSITE within a frame on another website not belonging to Rover Alcisa, using the technique known as “framing,” unless prior express written consent has been obtained from ROVER GRUPO.

• The insertion of any image distributed on the WEBSITE into a page or database not belonging to Rover Alcisa, using the technique known as “inline linking,” without the express authorization of ROVER GRUPO.

• The extraction and use of elements from the WEBSITE, whether or not this causes harm to Rover Alcisa, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12 (approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law) and Law 5/1998 of March 6 (incorporating into Spanish law Directive 96/9/EC on the legal protection of databases). Any rights not expressly granted above are reserved by ROVER GRUPO or, where applicable, by its collaborating third parties.

All trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, and brand elements—whether mixed, figurative, or word-based—appearing on this WEBSITE belong to ROVER GRUPO, or it holds the authorized right to use them, and they are protected under the applicable legislation.
