Ethics Channel
In line with its commitment to ethics, and in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and on combating corruption, ROVER GRUPO has implemented an internal reporting system, providing a communication channel, hereinafter, the “Ethics Channel”, through which any individual may report irregular acts or conduct within the organization that are contrary to applicable law, the Code of Ethics, and the Group’s principles and values.
Our Ethics Channel is based on the following commitments, guarantees, and principles:
- Right to anonymity. Reports may be submitted anonymously. However, wherever possible, individuals are encouraged to identify themselves, as this facilitates the proper handling of communications.
- Confidentiality. Data relating to the individuals concerned by the information provided, as well as any actions taken, will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and in accordance with established procedures.
- Data processing in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Protection against retaliation for good-faith whistleblowers. The Ethics Channel may be used with full confidence and without fear of any form of retaliation.
- Right to the presumption of innocence and to defence for any person affected by a report.
The Ethics Channel must be used responsibly. Reports must be made honestly and truthfully, based on reasonable indications. False or malicious reports are strictly prohibited.
