Construction Manager
Technical and economic analysis of projects.
Planning, organization, coordination, supervision, and execution of construction works.
Supervision and organization of construction teams.
Financial control of the overall project outcome.
Proposal of suitable procedures, techniques, and resources, as well as methods to improve performance and results.
Cost and schedule control.
Verification of measurements and certifications.
Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety control.
Responsibility for official project documentation.
Client relations.
Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and carrying out comparative analyses.
Keeping the company's monitoring, control, and management systems up to date in accordance with the regulations established by headquarters.
Education: Civil Engineering / Civil and Structural Engineering / Public Works Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years in marine construction works.
Residence in Alicante or geographical mobility.
Spanish profiency
