Construction Production Manager

Develop and execute the assigned work packages, controlling costs.
Apply and supervise specific execution procedures, proposing modifications and improvements when necessary.
Plan activities and manage human resources, machinery, and materials to achieve objectives with maximum efficiency.
Ensure compliance with and enforce the Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and Environmental Plan within their area of responsibility.
Lead and coordinate the personnel under their supervision to meet the established schedule.
Negotiate and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Report the necessary documentation related to their responsibilities.
Carry out monthly financial monitoring of the assigned work packages.

University Degree: Civil Engineer (Roads, Canals and Ports) or, pending completion of the Master's Thesis, Technical Public Works Engineer, Civil Engineering degree, or related qualification.
Knowledge of Presto, AutoCAD, Project, and Microsoft Office, or similar software.
Language skills will be considered an asset.
Dynamic, motivated, proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual.
Driving licence.
