Building Site Manager

Organize work, maneuvering, storage, loading and unloading areas, as well as workshops and site access routes.
Monitor and supervise construction site activities and execution.
Ensure compliance with the project schedule and planning.
Provide technical guidance and support to site operatives.
Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan and occupational risk prevention regulations.
Supervise and verify work processes and the quality of completed activities.

Must reside in Valencia or the surrounding area
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Building Site Manager / Site Foreman in building construction projects
60-hour Occupational Health and Safety Certification (PRL 60h)
