Building Site Manager
Conduct technical and financial analysis of construction projects.
Plan, organize, coordinate, supervise, and manage the execution of construction works.
Supervise and coordinate site teams and construction personnel.
Monitor and control the overall financial performance of the project.
Propose appropriate procedures, techniques, resources, and working methods to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Control project costs and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Verify measurements and prepare/provide progress certificates and valuations.
Oversee Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety compliance on site.
Be responsible for the project's official documentation and record management.
Maintain and manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and carry out comparative analyses of proposals.
Keep the company's monitoring, control, and management systems up to date, in accordance with corporate procedures and established standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a higher qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
Experience in public-sector construction projects such as schools, healthcare facilities, and/or university buildings will be highly valued.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving project objectives.
