Track Works Foreman

Supervise the execution of specific construction works.
Carry out setting-out activities and oversee the construction of the different work units.
Read and interpret construction drawings.
Ensure that all team members comply with on-site Health and Safety regulations.
Monitor and manage construction equipment and machinery.
Coordinate work teams, including subcontractors and different trades, to achieve the expected results.
Provide guidance and support to site operatives.
Monitor the delivery and removal of materials on site.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction projects.
Knowledge of construction Health and Safety regulations.
60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training course.
Based in Seville or the surrounding area.
Spanish profiency
