The Code establishes the ethical principles and behavioral guidelines that must govern actions and decisions carried out within and on behalf of the Group, ensuring they are conducted ethically and in strict compliance with applicable legislation.

It also sets out Rover Grupo’s commitments regarding ethics and professional integrity. Its values are based on honesty, environmental responsibility, innovation, and respect for human and labor rights in the different places where we operate.

This Code applies to all employees and executives of Rover Grupo companies, regardless of their position, and is implemented across all geopolitical contexts, always respecting legality as well as the cultural, linguistic, social, and economic differences of the countries in which we operate.
