Safety and Health

At Rover Grupo, we start from the principle that every unsafe or unhealthy situation can and must be avoided. The safety and health of people is an essential value and a shared responsibility at every level of the organization.

In 2005, we certified our Health and Safety Management System under the OHSAS 18001 standard, later updated to ISO 45001. Our activities are audited both internally and externally to verify compliance with our commitments and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Our goal is for occupational safety and health to be an intrinsic characteristic of every environment in which we operate. The well-being of our employees, clients, collaborators, and society as a whole is one of our strategic objectives and a fundamental principle of our business philosophy, reflected in our Code of Ethics.

We consider training and qualification in health and safety matters to be key factors in our success. For this reason, we promote continuous training programs to ensure that everyone at Rover has the knowledge, tools, and awareness necessary to carry out their work safely, responsibly, and in a healthy environment.
