Our Social Responsibility Policy, together with the Code of Ethics and Conduct and its associated policies, outlines the key commitments that guide our way of doing business, based on integrity, transparency, and respect.

Social responsibility is the way in which we give back to society and our environment a part of what we have received from them.

At Rover, we understand social responsibility as a voluntary and cross-cutting commitment integrated into all our activities. We promote business honesty and integrity, a culture of safe and high-quality work, innovation, training, and sustainability. We also ensure equal opportunities and encourage a healthy balance between the professional and personal lives of our team.

We carry out sponsorship initiatives, invest in services of public interest, and collaborate with universities through initiatives such as the ROVER–UPV Chair. We also promote local and responsible hiring, require decent working conditions, implement Equality Plans that encourage diversity and inclusion, and safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and collaborators.

At the same time, we participate in various charitable and altruistic initiatives that reinforce our commitment to people and the environment.
