At Rover Grupo, we understand sustainability as the commitment to creating a more equitable and prosperous future for everyone, where economic development and social well-being are achieved in harmony with the Earth’s capacity to regenerate and provide resources for future generations.

From our very beginnings, we have maintained a strong commitment to sustainability in its three fundamental pillars: environmental, social, and economic. We fully acknowledge that sustainable development involves how we must live today to guarantee a better future.

As for, we adopt the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations in 2015 and included in the 2030 Agenda, integrating them effectively into our strategy and business decision-making.

This commitment is reflected in concrete actions that we implemented even before regulatory requirements existed. As early as 2008, we already had an Equality Plan and Sustainable Mobility Plans in place. Since then, we have continuously improved areas such as energy efficiency, responsible purchasing, employee development, training across many fields, and more.

All these initiatives are integrated into our Ethics and Compliance System, reinforcing our Corporate Social Responsibility and consolidating our active contribution to a balanced, ethical, and sustainable development model.
