CHARACTERISTICS
The works consist of the execution of the UIC double-track railway platform for the access to Alicante for a speed of 250 km/h over a length of 9,999.883 m and, in addition, a provisional diversion of the Madrid-Alicante conventional line of 2,226.173 m. The following elementary works are included:
– Viaduct of 99 m over the road from Pla de Vallonga to cement plant
– Serreta Larga tunnel, of 333 m
– Viaduct over the A-7 and the Rambla de las Ovejas, of 389.22 m
– Pergola bridge over the diverted railway track Alicante-Villena, 86.42 m
– Freight track cross structure composed of a set of attached pergola bridges
– Tunnelling between slurry walls, in a length of 297.88 m
– 4 overpasses and 5 underpasses
