The construction of the administrative complex ‘9 de Octubre’, headquarter of five Consellerías’s Central Services and several Territorial Services, consisted of the construction of:
– 3 buildings of 9 floors
– 1 buildings of 16 floors (height 68,20 m), 2 basements (34.000 m2 aprox), 1 semibasement (17.000 m2 aprox)
– Integral rehabilitation of the former jail (20.000 m2 aprox)
There is a Library, Rooms of exhibitions, Audience, Kinder garden, Assembly hall, Cafeteria – restaurant, etc., arranging a parking with capacity for 956 spaces.
