Diaphragm wall equipment
GB‑50 diaphragm wall rig
BAUER GB 50
BAUER GB 50 drilling rig, equipped with a DHG‑V hydraulic grab and a real‑time verticality control system (B‑Tronic).
It allows the excavation of diaphragm walls up to 70 meters deep and with thicknesses ranging from 600 mm to 1,200 mm, ensuring rigorous control of excavation verticality.
The B‑Tronic system provides the operator with real‑time information on the position of the grab:
- Deviation along two perpendicular axes
- Inclination in two directions
- Rotation about its own axis
The grab is fitted with stabilizers that the operator can activate in real time to correct deviations, meeting very strict drilling tolerances.
The B‑Tronic system features a permanent Internet connection, enabling remote data download and the generation of verticality reports.
In addition, ROVER operates several auxiliary LIEBHERR HS 855 HD cranes for reinforcement cage installation and concreting operations.
