The use of this dynamic track stabilizer has been proven to extend track maintenance intervals by 30%, significantly reducing operating and maintenance costs. Its application improves operational safety, shortens the time required to reach maximum permissible line speeds, and increases the durability of the designed track geometry.
Dynamic stabilization achieves improved compaction of the sleepers, increasing the lateral resistance of the track. It consists of applying horizontal vibration combined with a static vertical load to the track, rearranging the ballast particles.
This machine can operate on both standard gauge and international gauge tracks.
